Hi Everyone!

I’m writing from Quisisana Resort in Maine where I do these things in the following order:

1) Eat

2) Sleep

3)  Go walk/running.

4)  Repeat 1-3.

5)  Repeat 1-3.

6)  Celebrate how happy I am with my to-do list and then repeat 1-3.

The kids and Rob are great and we are enjoying family time.  Back to the lake with me!
